Sweepstakes Period: April 30 to May 10, 2026 Winner Selection and Prize: Three winners will be randomly selected on or about May 11, 2026, from all valid entries and will be contacted by IDT to coordinate receipt of prize. The following prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes: $200 e-gift card (3 winners)

GENERAL RULES
PLEASE READ THESE GENERAL RULES CAREFULLY. BY ENTERING ANY BOSS REVOLUTION OR BOSS MONEY SOCIAL MEDIA POST SWEEPSTAKES, YOU UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO AND ACCEPT THESE RULES. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AGES 18 AND OLDER. A SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. SWEEPSTAKES ARE OPERATED ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES.
1. POST SWEEPSTAKES. From time to time IDT Domestic Telecom, Inc. and/or IDT Payment Services, Inc. (as applicable “IDT”) will operate one or more Boss Revolution or Boss Money Social Media Post Sweepstakes on its Boss Revolution or Boss Money Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok page or account, or any other social media platform (each a “Sweepstakes”). These General Rules apply to all Sweepstakes. Each Sweepstakes will also have promotion-specific rules, requirements, and conditions (in addition to these General Rules) that will be posted on the applicable page or account of the applicable social media platform, including the dates and prizes of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Specific Rules”). If there is an inconsistency between these General Rules and any Sweepstakes’ Specific Rules, then the Specific Rules shall control. A link to these General Rules will also be posted at www.bossrevolution.com. If a Sweepstakes calls for the posting of a picture or video, each entrant must have a camera or a camera-ready phone by the start date.
2. ELIGIBILITY. Sweepstakes are open only to legal residents of the United States 18 years of age or older and are void where prohibited by law. Certain specific Sweepstakes may have additional eligibility requirements, which will be listed in the Specific Rules for that Sweepstakes.
The following persons are not eligible to win or participate in a Sweepstakes: (a) employees, officers, directors and agents of IDT and its parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, members, partners, and their respective advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies (collectively, “IDT Entities”); (b) immediate family members of any of the persons listed in (a) above regardless of where such family members live; (c) household members of any of the persons listed in (a) above whether related or not; and (d) any participating retailer, distributor or customer of IDT and any employee or family member of such persons.
3. ENTRY. The applicable social media page or account will describe the various entry methods. Generally, there are two ways to enter a Sweepstakes:
(i) You can create a post, or post a comment or like a post on the applicable social media page or account, and follow the other entry instructions on the page or account. You may also be required to provide us with contact information, including name, email address and/or phone number. One entry per post or like. Submitting a post or like for one Sweepstakes does not provide entry into any other Sweepstakes; and/or
(ii) Alternatively, you can send a postcard to IDT Social Media Post Sweepstakes – Entry Form, c/o IDT Domestic Telecom, Inc., 520 Broad Street, 4th Floor, Newark, NJ 07102 (Attention: BR DTC Marketing Department). The postcard should include your name, address and phone number. Limit 1 one entry per stamped postcard. All entries must be received by the applicable due date. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied requests allowed.
A specific Sweepstakes may provide for other methods of entry, which will be listed in the Specific Rules for that Sweepstakes. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN ANY SWEEPSTAKES. A purchase will NOT improve your chances of winning. You may enter the Sweepstakes as often as you like subject to these General Rules. The maximum number of entries for any Sweepstakes for any person is 1,000. All properly received entries will be entered into the Sweepstakes.
4. PRIZES. Each Sweepstakes will offer one or more prizes for a certain number of winners. A description of the specific prizes for any Sweepstakes will be posted on the applicable social media platform along with the number and dollar value of each prize offered. Odds of winning will depend on the number of actual entries received.
All costs and expenses not specified in these General Rules or any applicable Specific Rules as being included with a prize, including but not limited to, any and all costs incurred in connection with redeeming a prize, traveling to redeem or use a prize, acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of a prize (including activation of phone, cellular, internet or other connection service) or from participation in prize-related activities are the sole responsibility of the winners and the winners hereby waive all rights to assert such costs as a cost of winning. Winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and surcharges of any kind whatsoever regarding a prize. Prize winners may receive a 1099 Form reporting the value of the prize, a copy of which will be filed with the IRS. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded at the discretion of IDT. Any depiction of a prize is for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the actual prize won. The actual retail value of the prize may vary. If the actual value is less than the “Total Value” listed in the above chart, then the difference will not be awarded to the winner. Any portion of any prize not accepted or used by the winner will be forfeited.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. IDT or its agent shall randomly select the winner(s) from all eligible entries for each Sweepstakes. Winners will be contacted using the contact information provided and given instructions for how to obtain the prize won.
Return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. IDT and its directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents are not responsible for and shall not be liable for any late, lost or misdirected notification, or for potential winners’ unsuccessful efforts to claim any prize. No cash value, substitution or transfer of the prizes permitted, except by IDT, which reserves the right to award a prize of greater or equal value if the advertised prize is unavailable or unduly burdensome to obtain.
If prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, is found to have violated any of these General Rules, the applicable Specific Rules, or such other rules as IDT may reasonably require, or fails to claim a prize, IDT may disqualify the winner and the prize may be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. IDT reserves the right to verify the eligibility qualifications of any winner.
PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS, WHERE IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Prizes will be awarded only if participants comply with these General Rules and the applicable Specific Rules.
6. VERIFICATION. All entries, entrants and winners are subject to verification by IDT. Mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated methods will be disqualified. Prize will not be awarded if a potential winning entry is submitted in a manner inconsistent with the instructions contained in these General Rules and the applicable Specific Rules.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS. By participating in a Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to abide by the terms of these General Rules, the applicable Specific Rules and by any and all decisions of IDT, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to a Sweepstakes. The laws of the United States govern all Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. A SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHEREVER PROHIBITED BY LAW. These General Rules can be viewed on line at www.bossrevolution.com and at IDT’s main office located at 520 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102.
Any information concerning a Sweepstakes that is located on any poster, card, website (including any Boss Revolution or Boss Money website or social media page), social media platform or other advertising material is incorporated into these General Rules. If there is any inconsistency between any such advertising material regarding a Sweepstakes and these General Rules, then the terms of these General Rules shall apply. If there is any inconsistency between any such advertising material regarding a Sweepstakes and the Specific Rules for such Sweepstakes, then the terms of the Specific Rules shall apply.
Except where prohibited by law, a winner’s acceptance of a prize grants IDT and its licensees, affiliates and assigns, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide forever in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner’s name, portrait, photo, picture, voice, likeness, address (city/state) and biographical information as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration; and further without such additional compensation, the winners agree to appear for, or provide biographical information for use in, any presentation or other activity which may include filming, audio, video, electronic, digital and/or other recordings and/or interviews, as may be determined from time to time by IDT.
By creating a post in connection with entering a Sweepstakes each participant is giving IDT a nonexclusive, irrevocable right to reproduce your post (including any videos, images, sound recordings or other content you supply in or with that post), together with your name and profile picture (if applicable) for attribution purposes, in any medium, anywhere in the world, for our own business purposes, including for advertising and promotional purposes. By creating a post in connection with entering a Sweepstakes, each participant represents to IDT that to the best of their knowledge they (a) have all necessary rights to create, publish and disseminate such post, (b) own or have permission to make, use and publish such post and all content contained in the post and (c) are able to grant the above rights to IDT. You must never post any content that violates anyone else’s rights, including privacy, publicity, intellectual property (e.g., trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret), or other proprietary rights. All posted videos must (a) be appropriate, (b) not contain any unlawful, illegal, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, or fraudulent content, language or images, (c) not contain any explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual organs, acts or language, (d) not infringe any patent, trademark, copyright, right of publicity or other proprietary right of any party, and (e) not contain any virus or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt or damage any software or equipment, IDT has the right to disqualify, reject and/or remove any post or posted material that violates these rules or that IDT finds objectionable for any reason.
IDT reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person that it finds to be or suspects to be (a) tampering with, or attempting to tamper with, the entry process or the operation of a Sweepstakes, (b) acting in violation of these General Rules or the applicable Specific Rules or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE ANY WEBSITE (INCLUDING THE BOSS REVOLUTION WEBSITE) OR THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF A SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE IDT AND ITS AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE SUCH PERSON AND OR SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. By participating in a Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to release and hold the IDT Entities and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents harmless from any and all liability for injuries, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or from the use or acceptance of any prize won. The IDT Entities make no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind concerning the prizes and disclaim any implied warranty arising out of any person’s participation in a Sweepstakes or the acceptance and use of any prize.
The IDT Entities and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (1) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, undeliverable, illegible, unintelligible and/or incomplete correspondence, including without limitation, posts, likes, text messages and entries; (2) any entries not accepted because of computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions or any human error in the processing of entries that may occur; (3) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to a website or social media page or concerning any entries; (4) telephone, electronic, technical, network, email, server, Internet, hardware or software problems or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulty of any kind, including without limitation, any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s phone or computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in or connected to a Sweepstakes and the inability to access any website (including any social media page), online or wireless service; (5) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed posts, likes, text messages, Internet/email computer transactions, transmissions or entries; (6) any condition caused by events beyond the control of IDT that may cause a Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted (in which event, IDT reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes); (7) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prizes, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prizes, or from participation in a Sweepstakes; and (8) any printing or typographical errors on a website, in these General Rules, in any Specific Rules or in any materials associated with a Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, a Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of IDT, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, IDT reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.
If, for any reason, a Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of IDT, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of a Sweepstakes, IDT reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. IN NO EVENT WILL THE IDT ENTITIES AND THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF A SWEEPSTAKES OR A PARTICIPANT’S ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY INTERNET SITE (INCLUDING THE BOSS REVOLUTION WEBSITE AND BOSS REVOLUTION OR BOSS MONEY ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PAGE) OR WIRELESS SERVICE RELATED TO A SWEEPSTAKES OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID SITES OR WIRELESS SERVICE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON SUCH SITES IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. DISPUTES. As a condition of participating in a Sweepstakes, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with a Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court located in Essex County, New Jersey having competent jurisdiction, which Court shall apply the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard for doctrines of conflict of law. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering a Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all right to have damages multiplied or increased.
